What is a Co-operative Preschool?

A co-operative preschool is a not-for-profit organization, administered and maintained by its members.  Being a member of a co-operative preschool involves parent participation, which includes active involvement in all phases of the program.  All families are asked to contribute approximately 10 volunteer hours throughout the school year.  Parents and/or guardians are welcome to assist in the classroom, under the supervision of our qualified educators.

Ways in which parents and/or guardians contribute include:
Organizing community outings
Classroom cleaning/Housekeeping (deep clean twice yearly)
Social media and community outreach
General Meetings twice annually
Board of Directors
Fundraising activities
Small Set Celebrations
Being apart of a co-operative preschool is a wonderful way to make connections and take part in your child's early developmental journey.
